For our office in Mechelen (Belgium) we are looking for a

(Junior) Account Manager

This role is the foundation of the international sales organization within the Spigraph Group with the overall goal to detect new opportunities where document scanning can generate a competitive advantage. You will need to identify and develop end-user opportunities, as well as you will be the main contact person for end-users and our resellers.

Your tasks

  • Identification of potential target customers and strategic expansion of cooperative customer relationships
  • Targeted and effective customer communication, visits and presentations
  • Cold-calling as well as identification and generation of leads
  • Handling of the assigned region in own responsibility
  • Tracking of potential customers
  • Developing existing customers
  • Documentation of all customer data and activities in our company CRM system

Your profile

  • You have a commercial bachelor´s degree or a comparable experience
  • Preferably, you have one to three years of relevant job experience in an international environment; job starters are also welcome.
  • You have excellent negotiating skills as well as a result-oriented and analytical way of working
  • Preferably, you have experiences in the document capture solutions market, but this is not mandatory.
  • You have a driver’s license.
  • Beside Dutch, you are fluent in French and English. If you are not fluent yet in these languages you have the will to develop them.
