The Wicks & Wilson 7700 series of microfiche scanners offers  excellent image quality, due to  the ease of use and the ergonomic design.

Image quality
The Wicks & Wilson 7700 series features an optical resolution of 100 to 600 dpi. The image reduction ratio is 7.5 to 50x (variable).

Features
The Wicks & Wilson 7700 series handles TIFF, CALS and PDF formats in B&W and JPEG, JPEG 2000, BMP, RAW  TIFF and PDF formats in grayscale. A new automatic feed system eliminates any risks of the microfiche being damaged or getting jammed during scanning. 

Performance
The Wicks & Wilson 7700 series features the following throughput speeds:
7x14 DOC fiche – 200 dpi 35 mode: 60 seconds
7x14 DOC fiche – 300 dpi 35 mode: 68 seconds
7x14 DOC fiche – 200 dpi 16 mode: 90 seconds
15x18 COM fiche – 300 dpi 35 mode: 120 seconds
15x18 COM fiche – 300 dpi 16 mode: 145 seconds
The Wicks & Wilson 7700 series offers the advantage of the same speed for B&W and grayscale scanning.
