In association with the Wi-Fi Unit WU10, the Canon P-215 is a portable scanning solution, which can be controlled by any Wi-Fi device: smartphone, tablet, Pc and Mac

Ergonomics
With its compact and elegant design, the Canon P-215 is ultra-mobile and with its built-in battery, the WiFi Unit WU10 allows you to scan up to 400 pages without power supply. The "Plug & Scan" function allows you to start scanning without having to install any drivers or software. The Canon P-215 also offers easy rigid card scanning capabilities, via a duplex feed mechanism. 

Features
The Canon P-215 is packed with image processing functions such as automatic colour and paper format detection, deskew, increase contrast, bleed through and colour dropout, etc.

With Cloud service functionality, it is now possible to scan to Google Docs, Evernote and Microsoft SharePoint. Canon's CaptureOnTouch software application makes scanning easier, by offering the option of configuring scanning jobs, Plug & Scan capability, etc. Included with the scanner, CaptureOnTouch offers an intuitive control interface with many useful features. With the CaptureOnTouch Mobile app (Available for free in the Apple App Store and in Google Play) you can scan directly from your mobile device with the touch of a button.

Performance
The Canon P-215 is capable of handling an average of up to 500 pages per day, due to its throughput speed of 15 ppm (B&W, Greyscale), its ADF capacity of 20 A4 sheets and double feed detection by length.
